I called this company accidentally; I was trying to find out the balance to a gift card I had…read morereceived. The phone rang and a person picked up the phone. He told me his name was Adam Garrett. I said "Hi, is this Ulta?" He replied that it was. I read off my gift card information and soon found out he was lying. I called him back to confront him and he kept going on as a joke, pretending to be Ulta. I found out where Adam Garrett works with a quick google search, I called the company itself. I spoke to a women who pretended to transfer me and just hung up on me. I CANNOT believe this is a mortgage company and is collecting people personal information, meanwhile they can't simply tell a person when they've dialed the wrong number. So absolutely embarrassing for the company. I'd never trust this company with any of my personal information. This company is a joke obviously.
