I usually go once a month, sometimes twice - so I'd like to think I'm comfortable enough to know what I look for in a therapist, clinic, etc. I have been coming here sporadically since they opened and recently cancelled a membership elsewhere to sign up for one here. They're usually able to find me an appointment (even on short notice) and the hours are super accommodating. They have an extensive roster of therapists you can book over phone, website or app. Big parking lot in the plaza they're in with plenty of free parking. Direct billing is always a plus. I've been able to find a therapist I really connect with and it's been wonderful. Pro tip: if you really need some relief, request the use of the Japanese mint oil. It makes a difference!

I've seen a few therapists there and they've all been great, some better than others but that really comes down to personal preference. I prefer really deep massages and, in the past, have had a hard time finding a therapist who can consistently maintain the pressure I prefer. Then I found Mike. He is by far, hands down the BEST therapist I've ever been to. He shows me stretches to do at home, and uses different techniques to work the target area. Avoid, avoid, avoid…read more I hate bashing, but my experience here was AWFUL. I asked for a 45 min massage and it was horrible. I don't think my person was licensed at all. All of their insurance receipts had the stamp of the same massage therapist's name on every one. The massage was awful. I felt like crying out of pure frustration, but laughing at how ridiculous the whole experience was. After the massage she asked me how much I was tipping and waited for me to type in my tip. $60 completely down the drain.
