When I went to workout I was very surprised with how well the management staff and owners built the gym up. There is plenty of equipment ranging from strength training to cardio machines and even an enclosed room for other activities(yoga, interval training, dancing, and etc.). The equipment is just the start of the great experiences and excellent amenities that you will find at this location. The faculty from front desk employees to janitorial staff takes pride in their positions making sure the gym is a place where you feel welcome and motivated to workout. I believe the town of Okeechobee was longing for a great fitness center and thanks to the OFC we were able to adopt one. This gym I believe will be a great success changing lives while helping individuals reach their fitness goals getting them in the body they want.

Staff will not " bother you" but there is alot of talking together so you have to approach them. Stand up tanning too hot and enclosed to be in, no venilation which is shocking for a newer location. Plenty of weights, treadmills, but not so much machines if there are four or more using them. Made mistake buying year, decided it wasnt really for us comfortably and just quit going. Joining factor was tanning bed,, too hot to be in and had to clean it. Got injured on the very advanced massage chair that twisted my leg with a strong grip I got stuck in-in my leg and addressed it with staff, requested they post warning, but no sign went up for others, that was a doctor visit-an actual cane and 4 months of walking issue. Should have gotten a lawyer but let it go since they were struggling, new. I wish them well, got them two others to join, just not my personal cup if tea

The bed lights seem to be maintained because even though its not newer beds and curved( not easy to get in and out), you WILL get a tan. A bit pricy for the area but again, you WILL get tan. They do spray tans , sell lotions, are not pushy, they are knowledgable and very friendly. I get the single sessions at 10 ct. For $70. They run some specials and have a punch card for purchases toward a discount when full. I rate it 5 star for clean, cute, friendly and TAN!
