My Chocolate con cacao fermentado was delicious. The staff member made it fresh with the traditional beater in pot. It was silky and decadent, rich chocolate. And it had a lovely grain from coarsely ground cacao nibs. I've never welcomed a texture like that but I now yearn for it.
