I love carpaccio everything and I love their entire carpaccio offering (minus the tuna cause I haven't tried it yet). But the yellowtail, salmon, and beef? EVERY TIME. Their chu-toro is also really fresh and buttery. I love medium fatty tuna more than I like the extra fatty one. But if you prefer the latter, try the otoro. Also, there scallops skewers?! A MUST. A favorite late night cap spot for sure.

The miso soup was noticeably saltier, the chicken karaage wasn't very good, and the cheesecake was disappointing. The service also felt off, likely because of the new staff still getting up to speed.
