Le Ruban Rouge saved my life! There were a few patisserie in Provins, but none was as good as…read morethis. Emilie was one of the owners and she was very friendly and helpful. Everything on display looked fabulous, sophisticated and mouth-watering. We went there on 31 August, the last day before they went on holiday (until 30 September). How lucky! But we couldn't try more the next day... Anyway I gobbled their excellent Millefeuille (2.20 Euro) in the evening. It just tasted heaven. If I had found this place earlier that day, I would definitely have eaten another (different) one of their fantastic creations - Coffee Eclair, maybe.
