I have hired some really BAD attorneys. When I hired Adam it started the ball rolling immediately and he doesn't blow sunshine he does what he says he will do. He actually gives you his cell number so you can have immediate access to him. If he doesn't have expertise in the law you are looking for he will be an expert by the morning. He also isn't a rip off artist, his prices are more than fair for the quality of work you get and how quickly he works. He is a bit salty but don't let that fool you he is a shark in a sea of minnows. He didn't go to Harvard and he doesn't have a large team but he is aggressive, fierce and "no holds bar." Give him a shot and you wont be disappointed at all!

A "simple, no more than $500 case" turned out to be over $4K (paid in full on my part), while being way over his head in Probate (he's a criminal attny, who should have stepped back) and allowing my daughter's half siblings lawyer, to accumulate over $17K in fees, WE have to also pay for. Mr. Leitch NEVER acted, or AT LEAST informed my daughter of gaining access to her late Mom's and her own belongings, even though we gave him the telephone number on the window of the house to call. When WE needed to do some actual work, and FOUND her Mom's missing car, we let the person know WE were going to the police. AT that time, Mr Leitch called asking us to once again "DON"T ROCK THE BOAT", so we can close this case. It's been over 3 yrs, and now after calling him out about whether he actually works for US, he has petitioned the court to Withdraw as my attny. Oh, and for some reason, he and the Title Company expect me to come forward, sign a Quitclaim Deed on a house not only sold now, BUT I was told I had ZERO rights to, but why the quitclaim then? Well, MY new PROBATE attny WILL find out NOW!!!

When we did have an issue not in his field he did his very best to try to help find a lawyer who did and that was over and above anything expected. It is hard to find an attorney who will actually return a call and take interest in your problem. If you want the best representation from an attorney I strongly suggest you give Mr. Leitch a call. In several years he has never given bad advice or assistance. Sometimes not everything has to be a fight and he is one of the best lawyers to provide honest advice and always has the client's best interest.

From day one, Mr. Sham spent an ample amount of time explaining the details of the transaction and made sure all of my questions were answered. He picks up his phone every time I call him and does no rush me off the phone as most lawyers do. When he is not available, he calls me back within an hour. He does everything he says he will do, usually the same day. His paralegal, Debbie was also wonderful who is always cheerful. She guided me through the financial transaction (wire transfer) and provided me her personal cell phone number to text her if I had any questions and replies within minutes. Real estate transactions and dealing with lawyers are usually stressful. However, I have not endured an ounce of stress during this transaction. This law firm is highly professional and amicable. I would highly recommend Mr. Sham and Debbie for representation. Thank you -Alex
