The parking lot in the plaza looks to be a decent size but there are a few restaurants so when…read morethose are busy it may be difficult to find a spot. Luckily (?), during a pandemic it's quiet and you could park anywhere you wanted. Once entering the spa you're ushered into a small seating area on the left. There the staff will ask you to fill out a questionnaire related to covid, take your temperature, ask you to use hand sanitizer, sanitize the bottom of your shoes and provide shoe covers for you. There's 1 treatment room right off reception and a few more down the hall along with a washroom. For my picosecond laser treatment my face was thoroughly cleansed first. I was given eye protection when the laser was used. It feels like pin pricks followed by a burst of light. I noticed that the areas that had laser were sensitive the following day but that dissipated quickly. Small, darker spots had appeared where my existing brown spots were not long after the session. Less then 2 weeks later I could see that the darker spots were gone and overall my brown spots were lighter. Just a FYI that the staff will try to get you to purchase skincare products when you go to square up at the reception. Sometimes they have samples available for you to try first so be sure to inquire.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…read more I went to my first appointment booked for 5:30pm. Since it was the first one, I thought that probably I would have to fill in some forms and I decided to arrive earlier at 5:15pm. When I arrived, the office was closed with a post-it on the door mentioning "I will come back at 5:45pm". I thought it was weird if my appointment was at 5:30pm but I decided to wait. The office is at the second floor on a building with no AC at the hallways and I did have a face mask so it was very annoying due to the hot. Then, at 5:40pm another client came and told me she did have an appointment at 5:45pm. So, when I explained to her than I had been waiting for a while she called the owner and she told her we were both there. This customer told me that she preferred calling her because the first time she went there the same thing happened to her and the owner had completely forgotten about her appointment as well. When the owner came back, she didn't even bother to apologize and she just asked the other lady to go inside instead of me who at that point had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! When I asked her about my appointment, she just told me what I was explaining was "impossible" because she did book my appointment for 6pm and that she went out at 5:30pm (seriously?! When she had done the same to the same other client on her first appointment as well? And when I had been there since 5:15pm?). In few words, after all the wait she just implied I was lying about the time of my appointment, as well as all the time I had been waiting there and she didn't even apologize. Just told me that because I did have to fill in some forms (almost at 6pm), the other customer was going first. I was VERY frustrated so I decided to find another place to go. Just a very AWFUL way to treat a customer on the first appointment!!
