There was the right balance of guiding us with her professional expertise yet also listening to our desires. The day of was seamless and calm. We are not big "photo" people, didn't want super posed photos, and hadn't had much experience with being professionally photographed. Kara and her support team (I believe named Eric and Nina) somehow made it actually enjoyable. We got a preview within days and our full album not long after. The photos are beautiful and we will cherish them forever. I am not familiar enough with photography to know the style terminology, but to me our photos are timeless, gorgeous, and perfectly capture our wedding in a realistic and amazing way.

And she also allowed no personal phones or video to be taking. Personally I wouldn't book another session, there are a lot of photographers in Jacksonville that can provide the same quality at a much lower cost. I did like her work but had buyer's remorse immediately after leaving the studio.

Let me begin by saying that her patience was that of a saint. We had a family of seven with two of them being two years old & 5 months. She never once rushed a moment and she was able to capture such special candid moments even when we weren't expecting a photo to be taken.
