The service was the worst. They took forever to bring out our food. There was not much people there so I am not sure why the wait time. I had ordered wings and the cashier said ranch was included in the order only to find out it that you had to pay nearly $2 extra for ranch. When I told the person serving the food he said I was given the wrong information. Instead of the cashier keeping her word, she just said "I guess I was wrong" the food lacked flavor as well. I met some friends at Toridori, a place I hadn't heard of before. They offer a good menu and also have really good alcoholic drinks. I decided to try the bone-in wings with BBQ and Wasabi flavors. The seating area is spacious and comfortable. These wings are the best I've had in the US. Seriously! The chicken was flavorful, juicy, and the outside was crispy and delicious. I highly recommend Toridori. I first heard of this place from a friend who shared a reel from Instagram and suggested we try it. I was a little nervous mainly because I'm not a very adventurous eater but I heard lots of good things. I ordered the street style soy garlic combo with kimchi fries and the sparking peach yuzu to drink. Everything was delicious! We stayed for a while to chat and catch up and I was very impressed that almost 2 hours later my chicken was still crispy. The portion sizes are great and I like that the meals are served in an open "to go" container that makes taking leftovers easier and reduces waste. It's a little bit of a drive from where I live but I can't wait to go back. read more

Toridor is tucked away in a shopping center and is easy to miss, but there is no question it should be your next spot for a delicious meal. My daughter stopped in and had questions and they were very helpful in understanding the menu. We had boneless chicken wings for two and made half lemon pepper and half spicy garlic soy...so so good! We had kimchee fries which were on point and finally, we both had boba tea...we both chose asam tea base. The atmosphere is hip and relaxing. I was so hyped for this spot to open up because we have never had a permanent spot offer ALCOHOLIC BOBA. I'm not really a drinker, but I am a boba addict so I'll try anything remotely related to boba at least once! So although I was most excited for their boozy boba selections, their Korean Fried Chicken menu also looked really appetizing. My group of 4 order the 16 piece with 1/2 yangnyeom + 1/2 soy garlic. We also got a side of kimchi fried rice, 10 piece wasabi wings (because it was a unique flavor), the Earl of Grape Seoul juice and the lucky rabbit boozy boba milk tea. I was so surprised at how good their chicken was, it stole the show! The flavors were good and the chicken was crispy and I was left wanting more. My partner loved the wasabi wings the best, while I liked the yangnyeom more! I don't like the taste of alcohol, but the earl of grape was actually so yummy you don't really taste the soju. Honestly, it was good but not mind blowing when we came, but I could chalk that up to the fact the restaurant still looks very new and is getting into its rhythm. Have visited this location several times and they never disappoint, food is always cooked at the moment fries are nice and crispy. The amount of food served is great. We liked the menu and wanted to try this and that. 16 wings means up to 8 wings with 2 sauces ..10 wings u can get 5 wings with diff sauces. Great! Ordered soy garlic, wasabi, yangnyum(spicy) and lemon pepper! Kimchi fries and toppoki caught our eyes too! The wings were bigger than we had thought and all of them were delicious. The wasabi makes ur nostrils open like real wasabi and the yangnyum has peanuts on it for that nutty texture! The lemon pepper was very .. light on the lemon but... i liked it! Tasted like real lemon juice rather than a powder. Soy garlic... cant go wrong there!! The toppoki was predictable but the portions werent bad. The kimchi fries were a delight! Try to pick the sauce around as the bottom ones dont get the kimchi much. The fries itself are the tasty ones..thats kind of like..crispier on the outside but plenty of potato with the bite. This place is super underrated! As a fried chicken connoisseur, this has got to be one of my favorite KFC places in the DFW area. I've been here a couple of times and I definitely prefer the boneless chicken over the wings (the wings are juicy, but too ~juicy~ for me). The staff was very upbeat, and the space was very calm (around 6/ 7pm on a Friday). What I appreciated about the place was the little touches like the seat cushions and art on the walls. I ordered kimchi fries and a yuzu + iced green tea mix with lychee and peach. The kimchi fries were a very generous portion (enough for at least 2 people to eat), and creamy yet zesty. This place was really cute! I loved all the graphics and over all branding design of it. I went on a Tuesday evening, so it was pretty quiet. The menu seems a little overwhelming at first glance, but the staff was happy to guide you to where you needed to go. Lots of unique drink options I haven't personally seen anywhere else. If you drink, then you can get an alcoholic boba drink or just keep it without. I had the strawberry lychee fields sochu with heart jellies, the chicken sandwich with spicy yangnyeom sauce and the topokki. The drink was amazing and not too sweet! The sandwich was also great and the perfect level of spice. The topokki tasted like it does anywhere else, but was a way larger portion than I had anticipated and I ended up with plenty to take home to snack on as well :) It's in a shopping center and the GPS takes you to the apartments in the back so beware of that. The staff were very patient and friendly. The drinks were also so tasty. We got the Sakura Blossom, Peach Oolong, and Strawberry Lychee teas. My favorite is the Sakura Blossom. Their boba had good consistency and flavor. The only downside was if you wanted to take the drinks to go, you need to order a food item with it. We got the fries and they were crispy and delicious. Drink was freshly made when I arrived to ensure it wasn't watery when I picked it up.... now... the food. 10/10 I got the street platter and kimchi fries. Kimchi, sauce, and onions were packed in separate containers so the fries wouldn't get soggy. The sauce paired very well with the kimchi fries. The interior was clean and organized.
