Been going here for a few years, and recently last year or so, the customer service/call…read moreback/follow up is literally non-existent! Quality of care with Doc's, PA's etc is good. But what does that matter when a nurse calls you back regarding test results and I've called back 3X to return that call, even been escalated to "priority" and still no call back at all. In addition, referrals are critical, and when you can't get a call back for that assistance either, it is totally unacceptable. Stay away from this health center, they do not seem to have the infrastructure for follow through and continuing care. Sure they take your appoint for the insurance, but anything after that, they just ignore you, I guess until you have to go back to them, and they can hit your insurance again, and again, and still leave you old in the cold and in pain. I was literally crying in pain on the phone, and the person I spoke with had absolutely no empathy, no concern I needed help, just took yet another message.

Our doctors put the children at ease and talk with them about sports and activities like they were their own.
