The store is small, but well-stocked with all the basics you'd expect from a convenience store plus a few fresh pastries, refrigerated goods/meals and even has a Subway on-site. The lady behind the counter was very rude to start with…read more When I told her what I wanted in the roll she said "would you ever wait I'm not ready yet" even though she asked what I wanted. She made the roll, I paid and left. When I returned to my car I opened the wrapping and bit into it to find the baguette was solid and I almost broke a tooth. I returned to the store and handed it back to the lady explaining what I had found, I asked were they freshly made, she said "yes I only made them this morning and every one of the baguettes are hard on the outside cause that's how you make them". I said "no they're not and that maybe she left them in the oven too long". She then became abusive telling me I don't know what I'm talking about and how dare I insult her. I said I wasn't only giving an observation and as an unhappy customer I should be allowed to if i am in happy with something I've paid for. She said stop insulting her in a higher voice. At this point I asked for a refund and got it. As I was leaving she was shouting across the store at me saying I was horrible to insult her profession. Other customer were turning around and leaving also. The teller was very pleasant and helpful.
