Nach Beendigung der Arbeit wurde ein "Zuschlag" von 7 Euro, also 33 Euro, verlangt. Begründung: es sei ein "neuer" Schnitt, die Ohren seien vorher bedeckt gewesen, jetzt frei. Ein solcher Zuschlag muss aus unserer rechtlichen Sicht VORHER vereinbart werden. Wir empfanden es als Abzockerei.

After hearing me complain about yet another terrible visit to my high-priced salon, my friend suggested I try Schura. I only wish I would have found Diana Schura 1 year ago!!!! She has brought my hair back to health (it was quite damaged by the lack of care at the previously mentioned salon) and, most importantly, I HAVE BEAUTIFUL BLONDE highlights again!!!! Diana is very professional, friendly and is a great listener to my needs; she is also confident with her profession and can tell me when she disagrees with my perceived wants/needs. I ALWAYS leave her salon with beautifully styled hair and a bounce in my step, I feel THAT good when I leave! Diana is amazing.
