My 1st time here a couple of years ago I came for a renewal, it was a hundred bucks for the card and about $90 for the process. A bit steep but fair, considering it only takes about 15-20 minutes total for the process. Skip ahead a couple of years, and it's time for another renewal. Same process, but now the cost is still $100 for OMMA, but these clods jacked their price to $199. For the EXACT same process as two years ago. Folks working are nice and seem competent. But there are many other places that provide the same service for much less. When you see the price of $199 its easy to presume it's $100 for the card and $99 for the process but it is not. A definite NO-GO for a card renewal.

The manager who was trying to leave didn't want to take the time to just run the card herself. After three attempts to run my card, I finally had to demand they return my card so that I could leave after nearly an hour. I'll go elsewhere to renew my license, and I suggest you avoid these hacks as well.

Even when I was being helped I had to wait several times for my counter person to have a conversation and she apparently could not move while speaking to her friend. And when you hand me the tiny bag I just paid 200 dollars for say THANK YOU NOT HERE YOU GO! Maybe it's too much weed on the job.
