We also rented a cooler and it was well worth the rental fee. Food is scarce in Yellowstone so picking up food in Bozeman and then storing it in the cooler was a good move. The cooler kept everything cold for 5 days and I only had to refill the ice once! I definitely recommend using them to rent a car instead of the big rental car brands.
