I saw the sign on the wall of all sales being final due to individual taste. That does not mean "Hey! Our juice tastes like flavored water". I've had some light juices before but this is just bad, it's pure nicotine salt taste with the smallest background flavor of what I chose. The cost does make up for this as the juice is not unpalatable and cheaper than about any vape shop I've been so points for that.

Staff: I was immediately greeted by a kind young lady asking if I needed help. Of course I needed all the help I could get being a noob to the vape world. It was obvious she could read me very well which speaks for her professional skills. After showing me in detail of what I needed to get started, showing me many varieties of vape options, I wrapped up my purchase and walked out very satisfied with the experience. Product: love it. For the past 3 years, I have used this shop nearly exclusively to purchase my juice, coils, and supplies. What sets this shop apart, and what always had me coming back, was the wonderful staff, and their amazing customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They remember their patrons, and value their regulars. On many occasions I would receive discounts or extra free items simply because I was a regular. Every time I stopped in I was always treated as a close friend.
