The staff goes out of their way to take care of the customers, more so than any other business I've been to. If you have an issue, they will often bend over backwards to make it right, generally without you needing to ask. This is how all small businesses should run. Loyalty rewards are fair and carry a wide selection of vaping supplies and liquids, both premium and store brand. The only thing negative I can say about this store is that from time to time they are out of stock of coils. It happens more than I would like but they always seem to restock fairly quickly (within a week or less). There is a vape store right next to my house and a few other I pass on my daily commute. I always go out of my way to go back to this store where I'm treated as more than just another customer. (This business offers incentives to posting reviews, either good or bad.
