We set 3 different times to complete the work and Fox did not show up at any time. Most of the time it took Fox several days or more to respond to texts, emails, or phone calls. He did respond when I threatened to sue and told me he would refund my money and that I didn't have to sue. That was over a week ago and no word. I do not recommend this service.

The deck fascia, supporting beams and headers, all needed to be repaired or replaced. After several bids from various general contractors, Jean-Claude with RHC gave the most thorough and comprehensive bid. He took the time to explain and break down the process of each scope of work. The 5 scopes of work were then priced separately allowing us to decide according to our budget and needs. Although not the cheapest bid, it was worth getting the job done right. The Ranch Hands Construction crew were competent, prompt, hard working and respectful. Obviously RHC take pride in their work, going the extra mile and paying attention to details. It was refreshing to see camaraderie and teamwork amongst their coworkers. After their initial work, we hired Ranch Hands to reroof a backyard cottage, and rebuild the railings on our front deck. Again, we were very impressed with RHC work. The jobs were all within the original estimate, and the work was completed in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend RCH for most any construction job. It's difficult to find honesty, reliability and quality work. Thank you for the help.
