Nice friendly place. The guy who was doing my nails started talking to me about macs and iPhones, and I helped him figure out a problem on his MacBook. :) very friendly. Did a good job with nails. Stopped in on my lunch break...pedicure was ok with a massage and the lady doing my nails was nice and good. Manicure with gel was awful with no massage and the lady that did my nails had a mean demeanor and did my gel nails poorly and she overcharges! I would never come back. read more

I am giving this place one star because I can't give zero. The nails were done fine enough. I got a gel manicure while my mom got a regular mani and pedi. The problem was the man working there! The man doing my moms toes asked if I was her daughter and he said I was beautiful. Then he preceded to ask her if I had a boyfriend and then if I was married. Then I am not kidding he asked my mom "Can I have it?" .... yeah "IT" being me! I was so shocked and horrified! It was so inappropriate, unprofessional and rude! So in the end the nails were done okay but it was overpriced and not a good experience! Definitely not worth the money and that guy was gross! read more

I have had my individual eyelashes put on by Daisy several times and love how full and pretty they look. I noticed other people on here mentioned they were eyelash extensions which they are not. Eyelash extensions cost up to $300 for full set. These are just Ardell individual eyelashes that she puts on and that's why they only cost $35. Great deal! Thank you Daisy!!! read more

We've been to a few places in Novato is this is my favorite. It's clean, #1. The people are very professional and they now know us. I observe there are plenty of regulars who come. I get manis, pedis, and occasionally waxing. I recently starting getting gel manicures which are amazing. They last 3 weeks until my nails grow up they need to be redone, but they don't chip. Trust me I am very rough on my nails and shied away from colors because I hate how they chip within a week-- but the gel manicures are perfect for weeks. I bring my little daughter often and they fuss over her and make little designs on her nails. read more

My two daughters, granddaughter and I went as walk-ins on a Saturday morning. Couldn't believe they could take us all and do such a great job AND were all very nice and pleasant. My boss and I found this place to go treat ourselves after work and it was definitely a treat! Johnny was hilarious and entertained us throughout the pedicure. This may have been the first time I've gotten my nails done where they actually talk to the client throughout the whole process. Usually they ask one or two questions and then ignore you and talk to their coworkers, but not Johnny! He asked us lots of questions and was really entertaining. Can't wait to go back! read more

Great place! I drove in from SoCal and googled a place to get a mani/pedi, Top Nails kept coming up with pretty nice reviews, so i tried it out. Great customer service, i didn't have an appointment and they got me right in. The Pedicure spa was clean and amazing, she did a great job on my nails. The Manicure was equally as amazing! The two people working at the time were friendly and talkative, giving me (a tourist) great local tips for exploring San Fran. Overall i was more than satisfied!! read more

My experience, the minute I entered the salon, was very positive. The people were friendly and warm. Being a 'walk-in', I had to wait my turn. But I was made very comfortable. Had been going there for a while and Daisy did a good job and was always nice. Johnny however took a dislike to me and was always irritated when I asked for a polish change for my feet. I had knee surgery and don't feel comfortable and don't want a full pedicure. He is rude rude rude. To my daughter who used to go there too. I won't be back.
