Do NOT use these guys to order online.
Where to start? Their interface is slow and difficult to use and they did not properly record my address or contact details. Then, we waited an hour for delivery (they said it would be 30 minutes) and then we called the restaurant. They told me that they had been directed not to progress the order as there was a problem with my credit card. Which there wasn't- Top Menu had already charged it and then told the restaurant not to serve us the food. To top everything off, when we called to complain, the guy had no idea what had happened, and then checked and explained that they had 'made a mistake' and that it would take 3 days for them to refund my card. There was no offer of a discount or any suggestion that they would sort out the problem with the restaurant.
The whole experience was appalling customer service and a complete fail at the basic service that you expect from an online food delivery service! I even started to think the whole thing was an internet scam. Bottom line- use any of the other online order services- but avoid Top Menu at all costs! read more
