I have gone to this smoke shop out of proximity convenience for the 8 years I've lived on this side of the county. NEVER AGAIN. It was bad enough when the owner's brother preyed on my kindness. He would ask inappropriate personal questions, or withhold my change so I'd be stuck there talking to him, and when he did give the change back he'd make a point to touch my hands... even though I was clearly made uncomfortable by all of the above. THIS HAPPENED REPEATEDLY!! To the point where I learned what his vehicle was, and advoided going there when he was working. Or how about the time the owner obliviously backed into my vehicle while I was leaving their parking lot & he begged me not to report it because he likely didn't have insurance...? So I didn't. Now, they won't/don't honor warranties on their electronic devices. I'm sorry, but if i'm spending almost $60 on a vape that is defective (the day I bought it- and it had a 60 day warranty that the company has authorized you to process) & you have the ability to make it right, but simply can't be bothered to do the right thing..... you have lost my business, permanently, not just when the uncouth creeper is working. I will not hesitate to tell any and all of my friends/family to not spend their money at your place. It's worth the drive to Mount Vernon just to not shop at your store. read more

Wish I could rate zero stars as well. I was a long time customer I've been going so long the manager know my family by name and even asks about them. But when it comes to their glass it is by far the cheapest most expensive glass that will not last or is already broken the same goes with their glass and ceramic nails I bought a ceramic nail used it once and noticed oil seeped out of the side. I will not recommend this smoke shop and will never shop at the market ever again. I am very disappointed at the customer service and the prices and products for ecigs. I have been a customer for about a year, I bought a new tank for my ecig ($21.64) it, was defective. It burnt the e juice, I called the manager Jennifer 3 hours after to let her know. Her responce was rude. You used it and you can not return it. Being I live miles from town I returned the next morning to see what could be done with this defective product, this time it was a man that could hardly speak English and did not want to even deal with a defective product. Tells me to come back and speak to Doug. I ask when he will be in, he does not know, tells me to keep checking back. Save your time and money, go somewhere else or shop on line..
