I could write a novel but I'll keep it short. My roof has obvious hail damage as has been documented by two separate contractors and the 3rd party inspector sent out by State Farm itself. This is not even in dispute. I also have coverage from State Farm for hail damage to my home. Regardless of these two indisputable facts, SF has now twice denied my completely legitimate claim. The first denial was the claim itself, the second was the appeal. They have yet to give me even a hint of a reason for this denial. They just tell me repeatedly they're denying it--even though the inspector they sent out documented hail damage all over my roof AND the date it happened, which was only several months ago--well within the window of a claim. This scenario has played out now for well over a month and I have yet to hear a single, utter word from Angelo Tzinares, despite being promised multiple times to get a phone call back from him. Everybody in his office "understands" my frustrations and PROMISES me that he'll call me back and he'll be fighting for me to get my claim handled. This is BS...I pay SF gobs of money every month for three expensive cars and a large home with many riders added to the bill. I've never once had a homeowners claim and the first time I do, I'm denied without reason or explanation. My advice to anyone reading this is to STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS OFFICE AND FROM STATE FARM IN GENERAL. After I post this review everywhere I can find to post it, I'm going to be going to the BBB, and then I'll be calling a lawyer. Please, save yourself the trauma of dealing with these people and go elsewhere.

I went to this group because someone I know was using them. I was looking for a Insurance policy which typically has an annual cost between $2,500 - $4,000. I emailed them for a proposal. The response I received was within 24 hours, and I was told I would get proposals by the next week. A month passes, I hear nothing, I follow up asking what the status was. After a few days I received an email, with apologies, etc., and was told I would have a proposal by the following week. Another 10 days goes by still no response. I sent another email, asking if they are not interested in my business, no answer for 4 days, then I get a response apologizing again, and giving me a proposal. Thankfully, I was talking with other companies because the proposal TW gave me was $1,000 higher then anyone else. What a complete waste of time. After all of this I have come to realize Commercial policies are beyond their knowledge base.
