Purchased product online, spoke to Matt the owner, he advised me I needed to ship back the shoes I purchased and would be sending out the replacement pair the same day. I did, and confirmed they received the returned package. That was nearly a month ago, I've called and emailed and have not received the order yet. I emailed again today to try to resolve the issue. I received no update or information on the status when I spoke to him last week or emailed on last Monday. So they have my money and I have nothing to show for it.
I am going to have to take it up with my bank and better business bureau if it's not resolved. - Buyer beware. read more
