Pete was contracted to make carpentry repairs and paint two coats on entire boat dock and jet skie risers.. This job was my first project with Mr door doctor and Pete had me working with his lead man Sual. After all repairs were made by me the carpenter Saul was to paint the repairs and then put a second coat on the entire deck. I was asked by Pete to come back and help Saul finish painting.. All Saul and I painted was the new wood"repairs" And where the lake water had rubbed off paint at water level. The day were " claiming" it's fished, the sweetest homeowner of the year "bringing us cold drinks, homemade cookies" Asked Sual "lead man and in charge of the painting portion" did you paint two coats to the entire dock, like I wanted..? He replied YES.. He straight up lied to the lady and I'm pretty sure she already knew the answer to the question she raised, just wanted to confirm.. I brought it up just like stated ^ the same day Pete out of nowhere proclaims to be a Christian from left field, oh ok then.. let's see.. I told him of the dishonest bold face lie that his lead guy had just performed in my presence of eyes on facts and he simply shook his head while looking at his feet.. rest of the week it never resurfaced. My last day of work, I asked Sual, " did you ever go back and paint that deck with the final coat..? He lol'd me.. They also paint with zero prep work done, in Walden homes.. no caulking, sheetrock repairs or even sweeping cobwebs.. I brought this up personally on site with Pete and he just said paint it.. I was disgusted that these people are in business somehow and they reside in my race, so sad

The are mis-measured, mis-nailed, and, often, in multiple pieces. Each rail should be one piece for structural integrity of the fence. Ironic considering the name of the business. Integrity has previously flagged this review as they were the subcontractor and not the main contractor. I think all customers should be aware of the level of work being performed in order to make an informed decision. Expectations should not be guess work. Unfortunately, I've had to go through the guess work so other customers won't have to. I reiterate. Check the photos prior to making your decision.

Several window guys I called wouldn't even consider looking at something like this for window repair. They only wanted to replace glass or install all new windows. Richard came over examined the window and said the track rods (or whatever they were called) could be replaced and they would slide like new. He suggested he take on the "easiest" area so I could judge his speed and skill. He immediately set to work and very quickly found the root of the problem...tile shards that had not been removed under the baseboard. He worked quickly and efficiently but at that same was meticulous, looking to preserve the paint on the baseboards and insuring they were nailed back into studs. He cleaned up his work space and corrected about 18 feet of flooring in a reasonable amount of time. He was polite and focused and did a great deal of work in a relatively short period of time.
