Took forever to complete the job, and honestly, I'm still not entirely sure what was actually done…read more Other than putting some concrete on parts of our foundation that they felt needed it, there was very little explanation or communication about the work that was needed to be conducted. None of the foundation work he completed was smoothed out or anything. We bought our home in end of January and work was not completed until mid April. i understand we had a brutal winter but it took 3-4 weeks just to do the internal foundation work.. Feel bad for the previous owners who shelled out on that job, but maybe they got what they paid for... who knows.... all i know is I will never ever recommend this company to anyone for anything!

Had cement drip down the chimney which he said he would come to clean with acid . He never showed . Said I can cracks in my foundation that needed repaired . I paid for that to be completed . At that time he was asked to place a cap on the chimney . He came back a few weeks later with a piece of sheet metal bent on half. The tent was open in both sides leaving water run into my ceiling . I have since paid an addition fee to have the chimney repaired correctly and now must face the charge of having my living room ceiling repaired. This man scammed an innocent widow on a limited income . Never would recommend this company !

He gave me a plan on what he would do, and I could tell he knew his stuff by virtue of remedying causal factors for the leaning, including improper drainage. I also had him look at a 1957 original kitchen exhaust blower that was now a dead end and fall hazard, wanting it taken down -- which I couldn't do safely on my own -- and a frustrating area where water would come into my office when it rained hard with a lot of wind. Jim said all the right things, and I was very happy with his quote. He communicated well via email about when he could come. He and his crew showed up and did a fantastic job. They bricked in the gap where the exhaust came out, properly insulating and sealing as they did so, and painstakingly addressed the likely factors in the water intrusion. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I wish I had had him work on my chimney a couple of years ago instead of a certain other company who overcharged me and reneged on a necessary service they had promised but carefully not included in the contract. He would have done a better job and charged me less.

The integration of the new stone is seamless, making it impossible to distinguish from the original. We are very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to engage them for future projects.
