Really wanted to give these guys a good review but 2nd time using them, they added an extra logo…read moreinto our event poster/flyer without explicitly telling us they did it. An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

After the prints arrive and after inspection there was only ONE of each print not the 2 of each our client had ordered and was waiting for. So we called and asked for the order to be fixed and the second set reprinted as ordered, thinking they would rush the job, given that the order is now severely late and incorrect and our client is now not receiving what they need in the timeline they requested. Further after speaking with steve about the issue I was told IF we had made a bigger deal about it the WOULD HAVE rushed the second set but unfortunately since my partner is WAY TOO polite he did not rush them and now we're waiting ANOTHER 2 days for prints. Apparently next time I should be an asshole and demand that the order be done as specified, call you a dozen times a day to make sure youre on track and let you know that our project WHICH IS NOW ALMOST A WEEK PAST DUE is actually URGENT. I asked Anthony to look into why my site constantly having issues and was told they'll get back to me and never did. so annoyed and with my experience with Blend. All i want as a functioning site with no issues! i posted screen shot of how my site is looking now and they dont want to help fix it. i will keep posting reviews like this till i get help from Blend! I also see someone's been trying to enter my sites wordpress whic is not me. Maybe its blend or their third party developers that they use but i need answers on whats going on!
