Last December, I had a serious issue with a faulty toilet causing a flood. When I finally got the…read morewater turned off, the water had traveled out of the bathroom into the hall, living room and guest bedroom. I called Rotorooter. While they were here dealing with the bathroom/ toilet, a man named Mike who said he was from Logical Restoration showed up and said he was here to do the mitigation. Huh? First of all...who/what is Logical Restoration? My toilet had malfunctioned less than an hour ago. Turns out they have an agreement of sorts with roto-rooter. I allowed him (after checking legitimacy) to come in and start the process. They did remove a lot of the headache of dealing with the homeowner insurance, etc. I'll say one thing, they got right on it. After the all flooring and drywall was removed, furniture moved, knickknacks packed and the giant fans and dehumidifiers were in place, I had many guys coming in 3 & 4 times a day doing moisture readings. Not a day passed without 3 or 4 people in my house doing something. The drywall was replaced and the painting started. We were making great progress until the insurance company made the first bulk payment. Down to 1 or 2 workers. At the time I was working graveyard shift so they had to adjust work times to accommodate. They did fairly well but the guy (s) took alot of breaks. My insurance covered replacement of everything in the bathroom but the toilets. So I purchased good ones. I asked LR if they could pick up the toilets when they picked up the flooring. When the toilets arrived - they were the wrong ones. They took it upon themselves to purchase different, bottom of the line toilets. They had to return their toilets and pick up the good ones I bought. And when my flooring was being brought in, someone put a hole in my wall by the front door but never owned up to it. When I saw it, nobody knew what happened. They did fix it. Sort of. During the entire process, the mitigation guy, Mike would come in and do moisture readings in every room of the house. After the painting was 'finished' (there were a few places that were overlooked or streaked), the flooring went in. By this time, we were down to ONE worker. This was a big job. I know my schedule was an issue but ONE person? To his credit, the worker - also named Mike - was very contentious. He did go out of his way to do a few extra things like install bathroom light fixtures. But it was obvious the job was wearing on him. Communication wss bad. The project manager ( one of them) called to tell me that Mike would not be able to show up one day.. So I made plans to get some much needed errands done. 10 minutes after walking in the door from work, there he is ready to work. And then, 2 weeks later, after I cancelled a dentist appointment so I could be at the house (I don't leave strangers one in my house with my dogs), he never showed. When I called the office the response I got was basically OOPS. The whole time the work was going on, periodic moisture readings were being done. When they were finally ready to pull up and replace the wood laminate in the room I had been living in, it was soaked underneath the old flooring. This was not a room effected by the flood but the flooring was being replaced because it was continuous throughout the house. Apparently there was an issue with the shower pan in the master bathroom - which had a common wall with this room. Upon investgation, it had apparently been leaking for a long time (soft rotted wood). Now tell me how a leak that had obviously been going on for probably a year NEVER showed up on the moisture readings? I found that to be iffy. And I had to file another claim. The guy who they sent to redo my shower spoke no English. He made a few mistakes that I caught before they became permanent - like installing a marble threshold I specifically said I didn't want. The job was finished about 4 months after it started. I think it could have been done in half the time. Some of the work was sloppy.. doorway thresholds loose, furniture gouged, vanity installation half-assed. The shower floor has some substance on it I cannot clean off. Would I use them again? Maybe. They did make the insurance process easier but I don't feel they gave me 100%.

At this point I was told the warrenty was up it didn't matter that I had been complaining since it was not documented by there employee. They were paid big money for a poor job I could have subcontracted and had a better job done with money left over. DO NOT USE THEM IS MY RECOMMENDATION.

I should have realize this was a company that may not be around at the end of the project, when they told me they needed the payment to meet payroll. Now that their "quality" work is falling apart, they do not return calls or texts. They have made multiple promises to come out to fix the issues, but after almost 6 months have yet to return and correct their mistakes.

No to Quality Docks!!…read more I gave them a deposit in June of 2023 and was told the job would be completed in 60-90 days once they received the permit from Pasco County. On October 11h of 2023 I was told by this company that they still did not receive the permit from Pasco County so, I took it upon myself to call Pasco County to see what the issue was. I was informed by a clerk the permit was ready on July 25, 2023. I let the company know the permit was ready. With that, they finally started work setting the poles February 16, 2024- eight months after I hired them. The lift was 95% finished on March 15, 2024, and I made a final payment as well as giving them a deposit to install a new ramp and floating dock. Here we are now July of 2024, and they still have not completed either job! When I would call, I was told next week each time. Now, they no longer answer my calls And here it is over a year later and the boat lift is still not done! What was done was many mistakes like the poles on the aft side 2' off so Coastline Covers-who discovered the poles being off by 2' and needed to be moved-- cannot install the cover. The company said they came back moved the poles, but the cover company said they were still off by 2'. Finally, they removed the pole and redrilled the hole in the correct spot. The cover company then came back to install for a second time but at a cost of an additional $1,000.00! Now it sits unusable in need of a new motor because it is NO GOOD OUT OF THE BOX! They still have not installed the two additional bunks for our Trifoon yet they always showed up looking for payment when it was just about done at each stage to stay ahead of me money wise! (my fault for paying) Sucks to be screwed this many times from one company Tom-Hudson Florida
