Mr. Doud gave me pushback when I sought temporary time sharing for the holiday. When Mr. Doud and I parted ways it was difficult to get the case documents I paid for. I am deciding if I will file a malpractice suit against Attorney Doud. When at least one parent is uncooperative in creating a parenting plan it provides the opportunity for attorneys to make money at the expense of the children. Greed is a sin and both opposing counsel and Attorney Timothy Doud profited at the expense of my children. My children are unhappy.

I told them that it is only a one page document and this is for the "free consultation" as advertised. She did confirm that yes the consultation is free but regardless of that fact, I would need to pay the $700 for the documentation review. I again pointed out that it is a one page document, that I can paraphrase. Yet they are sticking to their ways. Robbing people's pockets in this economy...... A phone consultation and 1 page doc review for $700.... I mean, wow, I am utterly blown away. WHO charges $700 an hour in this economy??? Lyons Law Group, that's who. I don't even know if these people are worth doing business with but I am certainly not willing to pay $700 just to have a 30 minute phone conversation with them. Poor business model and shady ethics are evident in that one phone call. Thank you for being transparent in how people can expect you to reach into their pockets.
