Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Jamie C.

We always order to go. It is always warm, delicious, and never seems to be enough! The buffalo chicken pizza and stromboli are a must. Even just a "cheese" pie as the south calls it is amazing.

Great food and great service -- we love their lasagna and garlic knots! Haven't tried the pizza yet, but their pastas are very good. Atmosphere is nice and comfortable.

Raw and inedible
Sarah L.

Called and explained pizza was inedible and owner said the cook used a little to much olive oil! And a new cook ?!Didn't offer refund only credit ! This is the furthest thing from New York pizza I've ever seen!!!! I lived in New York City! Raw dough , oily grocery store cheese , garlic from a jar, actually negative 1 star if was an option

Large NY crust meatball, mushroom and pepperoni pizza

We just moved here a few months back, and have tried many local pizza places. Only one of all those has been good, until today! Tonellas is now going to be our new go to! We decided to try something new today and so glad we did. The service was fast and our waitress, sherry, was just so sweet and amazing. And you really can't beat a true ny style pizza, but good luck finding someone who can make one good down here, unless you go here. It was SO good! We had the left overs for dinner, and the crust heated up perfectly. We opted to choose our own toppings, but I'm sure they are all delicious! I was too full for dessert but next time, going to try the grilled pound cake, it sounds devine!

How busy it was.

I seriously think my SIX year old could make a better pizza. Over priced for the pizza, and appetizers. Not that good.

Had lunch here today with our neighbors. It was the first time for all of us. Nice quaint place…read morewith good atmosphere. We got there about 20 minutes after opening and sat in one of the booths. The waiter took our orders quickly and brought out our drinks. We ordered 3 personal pizzas and a steak and cheese sub. We had one plain cheese pizza, a Supreme personal pizza and a build your own personal pizza with pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. We also ordered one small Garden salad. 1 sweet tea, 2 waters and a diet coke. The salad was excellent. Crispy cold lettuce with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, two types of cheese and good croutons with ranch dressing. The steak and cheese sub came out and we were surprised when wee saw the bread. We were expecting a regular style hoagie bun or baguette type bun, but looked almost like a pita bread from the top. I asked the waiter what type of bread it was and he said they make their own bread. It was excellent. Looked like a naan bread almost. She ordered jalapeno's on it and it was excellent. Said she'd order it again. The pizzas were good. I had the supreme and the sausage was real good. We all agreed that the crust and cheese were very good. Two of us thought the sauce was different and must've had something it it, as they didn't rave over the sauce. I had the supreme and there were so many toppings that I didn't pay much attention to the sauce. Mine was very good. We were surprised that they only offer two sizes of pizzas...personal and large. Large is $24.95 and personals are around $14.95. They have a good selection of pizzas. Our one complaint was the pricing. They charge $2.00 for toppings and $3.00 got premier toppings. It's the same charge for either the personal or large pizzas. Our personal Cheese pizza (with no toppings) was $9.50. My personal Supreme pizza was $14.95 (which contained mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, bacon, black olives and green pepper) while my wife ordered just a personal pepperoni with onions ($2) and mushrooms ($3), totaling $15. Seems like they'd charge less for toppings on a personal size than on a large! My bill as $43.97 before the tip. Our neighbors bill for their pizza, sandwich and drink was $32.59 before tip. They were charged $4 for jalapeno's on the side and slices of tomato.

They also have pizza by the slice and calzones, pasta dishes to list a few. We ordered the garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, chicken parmigiana pizza, philly cheesesteak and onions sub, and a meatboli. The service was great and everyone who worked there was personable and cared about their food and customer satisfaction. They do have seating which we did utilize since we drove 30 minutes to get there and most definitely will return again.

We stopped in while visiting the area and unfortunately the experience was pretty underwhelming…read moreoverall. The staff didn't seem very welcoming -- in fact, they appeared annoyed by even the smallest customer interactions, which made ordering and dining in feel uncomfortable. The restaurant itself has that classic New York / New Jersey-style pizza parlor vibe -- small, cramped, and a bit run-down -- but in this case it leaned more toward dirty and damp than charmingly old-school. Because I have significant issues with traditional gluten, I ordered the gluten-free pizza. It's made on a pre-packaged cauliflower crust that was largely flavorless and had a somewhat uninspired texture. The sauce was bland and really needed seasoning, and the cheese was simply... cheese. Nothing particularly good or bad, just very average. That said, I'm grateful that I didn't have any negative reactions after eating, which is always a concern for me when dining out. While the food itself wasn't impressive, it does seem to be a relatively safe option for those who need gluten-free choices while traveling.
