If I could give a minus star, that would be more appropriate. First off, the employee's communication skills were lacking. The employee made impolite remarks and did not care about the customer. The employee also kept my credit card in one hand while helping other customers. I had to demand it back until he could give his full attention to my Uhaul rental. It was strange that after I demand that he return it, he did, and then never asked for it again. He also threw the pen down and told me to sign. He told me to hook up the trailer and then after I had it hooked up he came out, 15 minutes later, to help. When I said now you come to help when I am done and he responded that he had other customers. Again treating me like a second class citizen!!! This guy should be fired but given the previous experiences at thus location, it is what the owner wants. Don't use thus location!!! read more
