And they charged me the same that they would charge a business owner. My father who owns multiple properties and businesses pays $160 for his taxes. Allied charged me $100 more than that for the most basic tax return ever. Then when I complained and asked questions, they became rude and took off $10, saying that's the best they can do and they're cutting me a break. Also when my taxes were in their hands, I had to call multiple Times to find out the progress, because we didn't hear anything for over a month. Do not go here. They take forever to get anything done and they are rude and overpriced.

This is a convenient somewhat small branch on East Ridge Road, between Hudson and Joseph Avenues…read more I've always found the people here over the years to be nice and nearly all are very professional. One of the nicest, and most patient and understanding is Theresa Mueller, one of the bank officers that has known and helped my mother for years. Another young, somewhat newer employee is Michael Torres. He has been great in helping me navigate some of the finer points of my situation. And what he doesn't know, he is wonderful about asking the expertise of Sarah Campbell, an experienced financial adviser, who also has been helpful. As soon as you enter, there's a very nice and friendly receptionist to greet you. If you need to see a bank officer, you sign in on the touch screen at her desk, then take a seat to the left or right of the receptionist. You can help yourself to coffee, to the right of the tellers. There's a couple of long tables to write out your business transactions. They encourage you to fill out all your transaction forms before you reach the teller. This is a very busy bank on a very busy road. The drive-up, 24 hour ATMs are also very busy at all hours of the day and night. The drive-thru teller in drive-up ATMs are all located behind the bank. This branch is open on Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 pm., which is convenient.

But, one day I went in to take care of some business, and the staff said he had taken a position in another town, WOW, like I did say the other staff was really nice, but they were not Rudy, then all of a sudden, I went to the branch on chili Ave, and guess who I saw? it was RUDY, HE'S BACK AND HERE TO STAY, what a welcoming face to see again, so instead of me doing my banking on Hudson Avenue, all my banking will be on Chili Avenue, you should always go where you are treated with kindness, respect, and again not as just a customer but as a human being, and that is what RUDY GIVES.

I understand mistakes happen, but they YET AGAIN incorrectly sent in the additional paperwork for my return. I'm a single mother and count on this money every year to help offset rent, daycare etc. I battled cancer last year and because of the chemotherapy treatments, was unable to work. So this refund was something I was really looking forward to. Everytime I have called and left a message, no one has gotten back to me. It has been 16 weeks since my original refund was filed. The IRS is saying they never even received the missing paperwork. I'm beyond livid. I'm now trying to fix this with no help from this ridiculous firm. I'll never go back there and make sure NONE of my friends and family do either. For being such a loyal, long time client of theirs, they could care less about my situation. I'll be trying to get my $150 back.
