This has to be the poorest excuse of a repair shop I have ever dealt with. Was in the area when my…read moretruck broke a brake line. Called them Monday afternoon and asked if they could get it in to fix it. They said they could get it in on Tuesday at 9 am. So I took it there Monday afternoon. Didn't here from them late Tuesday so I gave them a call to see what was happening.was told they didn't get to it till late and should be done Wednesday. Didn't hear from them on Wednesday so called them again late that day. Was told it wasn't done yet. Called them around noon on Thursday and was told they should have it done later today. Decided to drive to there shop around 2 that afternoon and see how it was going. Pulled into there lot and the truck was sitting right where I parked it Monday. Went into the shop and the lady in there was on the phone so I waited for her to get off the phone. She never did get off the phone but asked what she could help me with. I told her I would like the keys to my truck and she asked me if mine was the gray Chevrolet and I said yes. She went to the office and got my keys and gave them to me and turned around and never did get off the phone or even try to apologize for not getting to it. What really bothers me about the whole thing is that we where up that way on vacation and we where just lucky enough to have a second vehicle up with us so we weren't at least stranded up there with out transportation
