The service is very good in this outlet on a Memorial Day weekend. The check-out lanes are fast compared to others . The price seems to be moderate, in my opinion. The staff did help me get a size that wasn't on the floor. If you have a rewards account with them, you will get a percentage discount, or you can also use the VIP membership from Simon. I always like this place. It's well maintained and the fitting rooms are clean. Good place to shop for clothing . The ambiance of the place itself is gand the staff is definitely much finally. This is a pretty big Tommy Hilfiger store, selling mens, women's, kids, and even housewares like sheets and comforters. Store is clean and nicely laid out. Fitting rooms were decent size and also clean. I had no issues with the staff or with the gentleman at the checkout counter. I didn't find there to be as many good deals here as there were at other clothing stores like Banana Republic, but I picked up a few things here. read more

This location doesn't have the nicest people working here and to be honest, I couldn't wait to leave the store. I came in with my somewhat large family and my cousin (she's a toddler), started her sassy mood swing laughter and crying (like any other child would) and the employees here (a young Caucasian woman and an older Caucasian woman with short hair and glasses) were side eyeing my family, rolling their eyes, walking back and forth, hissing something that wasn't made to be clear, and looking extremely pissed. In our defense, we tried to calm my cousin down but she's an uncontrollable child (like every other child out there); the two rude women told my cousin to be quiet in an unfriendly tone and my baby cousin stuck her tongue out, made fart sounds, and ran away. I would usually definitely teach her right from wrong and get angry, but these two employes deserved it, sorry not sorry. They have very determined and strict cashiers, they also have seemingly nice cashiers. When the answers (in my particular case, the questions were about return and rebuy policy) are inconsistent from two, the customers get in the middle, get disrespected from those "strict" cashiers, maybe also secretly be judged/gossiped about. Based on my experiences, I wish they had camera footage with sound. I do not want to be humiliated in this store again. read more
