Going (physical) shopping in Denmark isn't always pleasant. Rude or ignorant attendants - or both - could deter you from actually spending money in the shop. This place is alright on that scale. I guess it's their style to be lax in accordance with "Tommy" spirit or whatever but I have had attendant handed the shoebox (with the shoes that I just declared to purchase) back to me and told me to go up to the cashier on my own. Maybe I'm Asian, or maybe I'm a spoiled buyer, but in my whole buying experience (apart from H&M or Zara where this phenomenon is probably the norm), it's always the attendant who brings the goods back up to the cashier.
Fast forward to the essential part of the shop, this place - although the flagship store of Copenhagen - doesn't carry many items, so for a Tommy fan like me, I mostly have to supply my wardrobe also from an online purchase. read more
