That's how the process begins, they take their little ball of dough, flatten it out and slap it in a press real quick, run it through a quick oven deal, then start carving the meat and donning it with all the goodies. I know everyone is trying their hardest and these are just being nit picky, but that's what reviews are for. Was expensive, but five guys is expensive as everything is fresh and never frozen.
