my son went to this school beginning of September 2018, am not from this country so my son had a hard time adjusting to the school and also he was not well received, I had several meetings with director Nancy Brophy , she was quick to label my son "aggressive "even though not one incident my son hit another child, she even told me he was not good for public relations, and other parents were complaining about my son, and I asked her how other parents knew my son, she called me one time and ask me if I could rush to the school , thinking that it a bad situation turn out my son had accidentally pooped his clothes. Then one day I showed up in school unexpectedly just to find my son on the floor in a deep sleep, ! Took a picture of him! there were 3 adult teachers non of them even bothered to offer him a floor mat, he was drooling on the floor , when I brought it to her attention, she brushed it off , did not wanna discuss it , left the office to avoid what I had to say, then came back and said oh since that happen I will let your son continue to come here, and I insisted and pointed out the incident, she is very biased and judgmental , the school is not diverse ... my son was only African and black child in his class, and instead of support him and uplifting him, she kept comparing him to others kids , I knew who my son was and eventually they came to know who he was! The school is not free is 800 dollars a month but have left a bad taste in my mouth, I never thought people can biased on kids based on their background, not a preschool director, how is the world ever gonna change? That we all are equal and we deserve equal and fair treatment! read more
