Really disappointed with this shop. I bought a very expensive pet parrot which makes me a very…read morelong-term customer of this nearby shop. However, after shopping there regularly for 2 years, one day I noticed I had an extra 5 euros to my bill, of something I didn't buy. Something completely different a fish product! No biggie there, but once I noticed, I came back to the store to mention the mistake and expected a refund or to get an item for that price. I was shocked to find out that the shop staff didn't want to admit their mistake and said they couldn't do anything about it and that many people come back to ask for a refund by bringing in receipts. It is clear that this shop has a short-term profit in mind instead of long-term customers.

It's fine! They have…read morea nice selection of cat litter, which is pretty much the only thing we still get there. It's not the best value for dry food or things like food bowls and cat beds. But they do seem to have a wider than normal selection for dogs, birds, and cats. They seem to have a lot of fresh pet food in their freezers, if that's something you need. They do not seem to cater to fish or "exotic" pets like lizards, so be sure to call ahead if you're looking for something out of the dog/bird/cat range.
