HOWEVER almost every time I pay (in cash) & choose to leave a 20% tip (or more!) which I believe is standard, I not only don't get a thank you - I get an icy stare. IMO if the management wants more money then consider raising the price. Don't harangue the customers for another 10% in tips. It's a real turnoff. I've experienced this before but today was the worst in rude.
