Chicken meatballs were great even though they weren't grilled in true yakitori style. They use Scottish salmon in the sushi which is plentiful around here and it is great. Medium fattiness but fresh and good! Avocado was fresh, miso soup was a nice side to complement the meal. They offer a regular shoyu, but also offer a sweet soy sauce, which is good, but not to my taste. Service was fast and excellent, exactly as I ordered. Will definitely be back here if I am ever back in France! The storefront in this quaint little crossroads was on the vintage side but the signage was obvious making it easy to find despite the unlikely facade. The dining room was well kept and more spacious than one would think judging from the outside. There was an outdoor seating option on a side patio area as well that was not apparent from the front view. it was not crowded when I walked in as I was slightly on the early side for dinner. It got a bit busier while I was there. I was given a choice in where I wanted to sit and was attended to by my server in a reasonable amount of time. I had no complaints about the service as she was attentive in just the right proportion and the food was delivered with little delay. There were several combos on the menu. I chose a set that offered a 6-piece avocado roll, three pieces of sushi, three pieces of sashimi, six pieces of gyoza (which they called Japanese ravioli), rice, miso soup and a small salad. It was a little heavy and I could have easily split that much food with my wife had she been with me but I had not had lunch that day and was able to handle it by myself. The quality was very good and the price was quite fair at a little over 17 euros. I had a large bottle of Pellegrino and a coffee to finish. With all of that, my final bill was just over 24 euros. At the time, this was approximately $30 USD, which was a reasonably good deal. Overall, I was fairly happy with my meal at this place and would try it again given the opportunity.

It is a small restaurant, but neatly arranged with a Japanese decor. I enjoy their sense of detail and the warm towel by end of a meal. I use this place for both meeting friends and as a source of take-away.
