A smokey earthy flavor served hot. *Miso soup - served piping hot, good depth of flavor with wakame. *Salmon sashimi - fresh and delicious *Karaage chicken -served with mixed greens and a light tasty dressing. The chicken cooked to perfection. Tender, and moist bite side morsels. *Niku udon teishoku - sliced pork with udon noodles served with vegetables and grapes.
