I scheduled the appointment with Dr Scholl, who spent all the time I needed answering questions, going over options, xrays results and feel he gave me the kindest, most attentive care. Afterwards, the follow up was point on and I returned 100%+ not only because I followed his directions and recommendations, yet because he was available for questions, follow up or any needs with detailed answers of what the out come could be if I "hurried" the healing process. My experience with the staff and Mr Scholl made me feel valued and cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Scholl as a skilled orthopedic surgeon and provider.

The way they choose to bill my insurance meant that I had an out of pocket expense for every visit regardless of the fact that the deductible had been met. Not worth the hassle specially since all they did was send me to physical therapy.

Listen, I have been to other physical therapists who tell me the obvious and do nothing to help me. I walk away from Alpine, who is now under the auspices of the University, feeling ready to run the Boston Marathon. I can't come close, but I feel that good, and my knees are better, allowing me to pick up crap from the floor. Then I got in,…read moreearly, to ensure we got all my paperwork up to date etc. I waited for 2 hours, and had to be back at work, I asked for my co pay to be refunded, and they then noticed me. Asked if I wanted to see his jr associate instead. I told them no, I was due back on the job, and did not schedule sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours. They were surprised when I did not want to reschedule. Unprofessional, and disrespectful of me, and my time, and having taken time off work for this. Two hours wasted.
