"I cancelled everything bc I felt uncomfortable " ok well that's on you lol. I've been seeing her since I was 14 and the only time I've been anywhere else was when I moved out of state. No one EVER gave me the kind of honesty/care/time that Dr. Fahey does. We need more doctors like her and be grateful she didn't just immediately jump to surgery but actually took the time to explain the risks and speak to you about other options! Unbelievable... i have been to many doctors in general bc of a rare disease and when I give a review, best believe its bc they're doing something right plus some! The staff is amazing as well and have all been with her for YEARS. Did I mention I'm 39? Met Fahey at 14 and can honestly say she's top notch in every aspect. I couldn't be more grateful. If you want a phenomenal OBGYN who will tell it like it is, listen to you and your concerns and give you a thorough visit... on top of listening to issues that have nothing to do with her or her job.. she's beyond THE one. Her-idk the dr is not in this office now, shes in another office. She then proceeds to give me give me their office number to cb to reschedule (since she assumed i called the wrong office) but i read off the number that called me (& i called) WHICH IS THE CORRECT NUMBER. Issues happen but with no sympathy for the mix up. 3 girls at the desk and no one owned up to calling me less than 24 hrs prior. Customer service goes a long way.

Sometimes, I've waited 15 minutes to be seen. Other times, I've waited 2 hours before being seen. One of the employees informed me that they overbook regularly. Dr. Channing Coe is efficient, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and has a calming presence. However, if you are in labor, you will most likely get whichever doctor is on call, not your particular doctor. Lastly, it's metered parking only, which can be very annoying, especially when you can't accurately gauge how long you'll be.

She, very charitably, took the time to look up the information online since I don't have a smart phone. Then once I started filling out the form and realized I needed additional information on the offices I was having the records sent to, she very patiently looked that up too. Online. She was very personable, friendly and falls under the heading of going "above and beyond" to help. Give her a raise guys! She's worth it. :-) And a nod to the young lady at the ground floor "information" desk inside the entrance also... another very pleasant, helpful young lady! He was so polite and caring toward my mother, and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. Everything was perfectly organized -- all her documents were ready, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Miguel explained things clearly and made sure my mother was comfortable the entire time. It's clear that the staff here truly care about their patients. This is functional balance billing, which is expressedly disallowed for par providers. They also refused to provide pricing transparency in terms of CPT codes and amounts by obfuscation, "we don't know what we're going to bill yet," and yet expects me to accept their determination of services and pricing blindly... for a simple skin check. I suspect they are non-compliant with their insurance contract. Boilerplate par commercial insurance terms require that physicians accept the results of insurance adjudication and disallow balance billing.

That is the same ocean, with a sunny, sandy beach, in New Jersey, which probably was partially responsible for my first visit to Dermatology By The Sea. Dr. Maryann Mikhail, Owner of Waverly DermSpa, recommended that I see Dr. Breza, as I had to have Mohs Surgery, due to a positive result on a biopsy test. The application process went seamlessly, as I received all the the pages online, so I could have them done, before my initial visit. Yesterday, I arrived at the office, and checked in with Kim, at the reception desk. She was very cordial, as she needed to make copies of my information. In addition, I have spoken with Janie and she was very pleasant and helpful. Megan, the Medical Assistant, escorted me to a room, and took my BP. She also assisted Dr Breza, during the procedure, and did a fine job! Dr. Breza came in and we had a nice chat. He is the best in the business and lived up to his reputation. He was very personable and I knew I was in good hands. The surgery went well and I very much appreciated his expertise. So, I am extremely happy that I came to Dermatology By The Sea. They are all great representatives for their profession. If you need a super office for your Dermatology needs, come to this office. You will be very happy with the care that will be extended to you. This is not the first time this has happened at one time we waited 2 hours they are several doctors that share an office which is probably the norm these days
