Kimberly and Barb, her assistant, were absolutely the most dedicated real estate professionals I've ever known, AND we've moved 7 times, so I know! My husband and I were moving across country this time, so there was a lot involved in attention, timing, negotiating, and yes, hand-holding. She was knowledgeable, wise, and always had our backs. We immediately had multiple offers and a final price of thousands above listing price. The results spoke for themselves: our beloved home was sold in just 6 days to the best buyer. We were referred to David Demangos by a former client who described him as a highly regarded expert in San Diego real estate--and that reputation proved 100% accurate. My wife and I were relocating from Los Gatos and searching for our forever home in La Jolla, specifically one that is walkable to the beach and to all the places that make La Jolla special. From the start, David understood exactly what we wanted and, just as importantly, how we think. We are demanding yet fair and reasonable, and we needed someone we could fully trust to guide us through a competitive, emotionally charged purchase. David earned that trust immediately. He spent an incredible amount of time with us - walking neighborhoods, shooting detailed videos, and giving us an on-the-ground feel for each area since we weren't local yet. His communication was outstanding: clear, timely, and thoughtful. Even though we know he has other clients, David always made us feel like we were his only ones. In the end, David helped us secure our dream forever home - walkable to everything: Marine St., downtown La Jolla, the Children's Pool, Windansea, and the beach lifestyle we envisioned from day one. We will always seek David out for any real estate transaction, and we recommend him without hesitation to anyone who wants expertise, dedication, and results.

This sale had more moving parts than our previous transactions including managing a long list of repairs and improvements and a 1031 exchange, yet their organization and communication felt even stronger than before. What really stood out was the strategy around the offers. The market was shifting and buyers were less confident, and Jennifer stayed on top of every detail. She monitored past offers with home sale contingencies, kept tabs on whether those buyers had removed their own contingencies, and continually re-qualified the interested parties so we could understand which buyers would actually make it to the finish line. With so many deals falling out of escrow in the current market, this guidance was invaluable. From weekly updates to clear explanations of each step, the entire process felt steady and well managed. Jennifer's years of experience and understanding of the nuances in a complex transaction really showed. We have always trusted her expertise and she exceeded our expectations again.

While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment at her office next week so she can help me with planning.
