We were most fortunate that Dahlia through Shane doing his diligent screening, passed on our file to Dahlia. Within hours, we had services up and running once again. What a life safer! And don't kid yourself, Dahlia is a Registered RN. So you have medical advice 24/7; along with the VON; PSW; Palliative team chances are you most likely are linked with some other service. When this occurs Dahlia is always in the background guiding you and her PSW's. Most professional. If Dahlia is unable to get a shift covered, she even came out and covered it herself.
