I completed treatment here and initially thought everything was fine, but I was not fully satisfied…read morewhen my braces were removed. When I expressed concerns about the final result, I was told everything "would settle" instead of a reassessment. After my braces came off, I was only seen by assistants, not the orthodontist. When I mentioned that something felt off and that my teeth seemed to be shifting, my concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed. The retainers provided are extremely thin and fragile. They crack very easily, and I've had to return multiple times for replacements. Each replacement costs $20, and turnaround time for an appointment isn't always quick. Given how flimsy the retainers are, they don't provide the level of stability you would expect or need after orthodontic treatment, even with consistent wear. I asked to purchase a backup pair since they break so often, but I was told that wasn't allowed. When I raised concerns about relapse, instead of offering a small correction, I was encouraged to start full braces again, the most expensive option. There was no discussion of minor or conservative adjustments. Two years later after braces, my teeth have shifted significantly. In my experience, the retention plan and aftercare did not prioritize long-term stability. Retention is critical after braces. Once the active treatment was completed and paid for, the long-term follow-through was not a priority. I am now having to pay out-of-pocket elsewhere to correct shifting that a stronger retention plan could have prevented. If you choose this office, ask detailed questions about their retention protocol and long-term follow-up before committing. I would recommend choosing a provider who takes that phase seriously.

He had his first dental treatment done -- 4 sealants and 8 composite fillings -- all completed during the visit. Dr. Yu and her staff gently explained what was about to happen to him at every step and gave him clear instructions, which really helped him stay calm. The nitrous oxide process went very smoothly, and Dr. Yu continuously communicated with him throughout, making sure he felt comfortable and at ease. I was amazed at how relaxed my son was during the entire procedure, and he recovered quickly afterward. Highly recommended!

During my appointment with Dr. Garcia on Thursday, November 6, 2025, she demonstrated outstanding professional expertise. Dr. Garcia listened to my concerns and performed a thorough examination along with in-depth testing with my participation throughout the process. She focused on finding the root cause of a long-term painful issue with one tooth, and she did so successfully. Dr. Garcia's explanation, x-ray image, and assessment for the next steps followed in a treatment plan that was clear, with concise communications. Her attitude was kind and attentive throughout my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Garcia. Sincerely, Connie Pascolati

I just finished my final photos yesterday and I could not be happier with my result! It was an amazing experience from start to finish. They make it very easy to schedule a consultation, gave me three different treatment options with a payment plan worked up for each (including what insurance would cover), and easily got me scheduled for my first appointment. Since then, everything's been a breeze. They've also very nicely accommodated some emergency appointments due to a cracked retainer. Everyone at Costanzo is also so wonderful and nice. Kim, the receptionist, has always been super helpful in scheduling appointments and providing me with info. Cristina was my patient care coordinator and she made the whole process so easy to get started. Every ortho assistant that has cared for me on my visit is truly so lovely. 5+++ stars for Costanzo Orthodontics, I only wish I had started this journey sooner!

I am seen primarily by Dr. Cho and she is great--very kind and explains her treatment process thoroughly. Appointments with dental work specifically (cleanings, fillings, etc) are easy to reschedule within a few days of your original appointment which I appreciate due to my busy work schedule. However one area they could definitely improve on is their availability of their Sure Smile (Invisilign) appointments and services. This office HEAVILY pushes invisilign and has signs and plaques all over the office claiming they are in the top 1% of invisilign providers. However these appointments are very difficult to come by. If I have to reschedule an appointment to get my new aligners, the average wait time is a month to get a new appointment. One time, my aligners were lost in the mail and the office had to reschedule and it was 6 weeks out to reschedule. It's pretty annoying and creates a significant setback for the treatment schedule. I feel they should have more RDAs to provide these services since they push it so much.

My review on this place got deleted. Interesting. I wonder who could've done it…read more Long story short, years ago my daughter came for her first appointment. The front desk people were fine. X-rays were completed. Sidhu came over, sat down and looked at my daughter's teeth. No care in the world to acknowledge me who was sitting on an empty recliner next to my daughter. Gets up and then acknowledges me and said she needed an extraction. I was handed paperworks/referrals to get the extraction done at a different clinic. Apparently they don't do extraction at this particular clinic (from what the front desk people said). Cool, that was fine. What wasn't cool was that when I got into my car to look at the referral, on the referral where it asked why the patient is being referred, Sidhu said it was because my daughter is "combative." Woah woah woah, hold up now. So instead of just saying their clinic does not specialize in extractions, he lied and said it was due to my child, who by the way, was nothing but an angel. Sat there like a champ and did what she was told (open her mouth, don't move, etc). I go back inside to get clarification on Sidhu's comment. The front desk lady was quick to his defense saying Sidhu wrote that because kids in general moves around and can't stay still and he "knew" that's how it's going to be (combative) and so that's why he wrote that. My response was "oh, so he had to lied in order for my daughter to get referred out?" The lady didn't know what to say and asked me to leave when I asked to speak to Sidhu. Let's just say it was a one and done for me. Never stepped foot into that clinic ever again.
