I found Apple Awards online, called an spoke with Dennis and explained to him my need and tight timeline. Dennis said he had someone onsite who worked on art files in the evening and said if I got my order in by that Monday they could turn my order. I needed our plaques by 3/5/20 and the online delivery date said 3/10/20. I submitted my order the night if 2/20, had a proof the next day I received the plaques today. They look FANTASTIC! I cannot thank Dennis and his team enough for the exceptional customer service, quality product and meeting and exceeding all of my expectations. These plaques will be a life long memory for our coaches when we present them at our basketball banquet this weekend. I HIGHLY recommend Apple Awards! Jeanette Balentine

I guess I really don't know where best to start, we went to have a shirt made for my mother for her…read morebirthday. The shirt was being made for a new business that she was starting. We ordered a simple design with her name on the front with the business name and a American flag on the back. We picked the shirt up the day before her birthday and gave it to her. She looked at the shirt and it was very dirty, and yellowed from cigarette smoke and smelled of smoke. We also noticed that the shirt was not a women's small as we had requested but a men's small. We returned the shirt to FDAP and were told that the shirt would be redone. The shirt was not done for several weeks after returning it to FDAP. The store kept no regular hours even though there were hours posted on the door. When we picked up the new shirt, the shirt was clean and size and gender were correct...however the image on the back had been rotated 45 degrees and was incorrect. The image was also printed so low on the shirt that the shirt can not be tucked in and leave the name visible. Due to the time that it took to get it back we did not return it again. We also dropped off Three aprons to have our company name printed in the front, these were dropped off mid October and we were informed that they would be ready a couple days later. When we attempted to pick them up there was a note on the door that she would be closed until November 10th. I went to pick the aprons up today 11/13/2015 and was informed that they were not completed. I picked up the aprons unfinished and once again they smell strongly of cigarette smoke. Bottom line is 3 attempts and 3 failures. We will not be using this business again.
