It's a small bank with very short waiting lines, which is probably the best thing about it. The staff is also incredibly friendly and polite. Even with those in mind, three stars is the best I can give it. There was an occasion where while making a withdraw the wrong amount of money was give to me at the drive-through window. On another occasion, while making a deposit, the money was deposited into someone else's account. I caught both mistakes but those are real problems. If it wasn't for the friendliness of the staff I'd have to do one star. Double check your transaction before you leave.

I cannot look at all the transactions of a payee (I had a problem with someone drafting my account). I called and was told by customer service I needed to look in my statements for the cashed check. I wrote this check in October 2018 and the Treasurer wanted to know if this check had been cashed. I was told look at the statements. I told the guy it would not be on any statements if it wasn't cashed. I have to look on all the statements since October. He ended up finding the cashed check. It was cashed in March. The old system let me put in future transactions to manage my finances. I told the guy When I buy from Paypal, my account is not credited until the item is shipped. Sometimes this can be weeks. With this new system I may have future transactions which are in limbo. There are more issues I do not have the time to explain. I only get Social Security so cash management is a VERY big concern. I am not looking for another bank.
