I went in for a title loan so I could get a new car and Christina told me to get a title lone because it is the cheapest route because the interest only goes up once. So a week early I gave them my first payment and a whole lot extra because I thought I was paying off the interest I asked them how much i owed they told me. next thing I no 3 days later I try and pay off my loan completely and the payoff amount was $100.00 dollars more than what they told me it was going to be 3 days prior. Never will I go here again. Also the manager Erica is very rude over the phone and in person. Do not go here the money is not worth the hassle. Lastly I understand how interest rates work. But they need to no what they are selling and other than being rude to there customers that is the problem with speedy cash. I am not the only one who has had these problems I no 3 people who was treated like this.

VERY personable and always able…read moreto give information (balances, checks cleared deposits etc.) over the phone which some may find cumbersome but when I discussed online banking with them it was explained they made the decision NOT to do that as it may place accounts at risk by hackers. Their checking account interest rate is better than any local bank (many give NO interest) and NO monthly fees with $1000 in the bank. A person always answers the phone and that is refreshing in this day and age. I have done home mortgages with them and save thousands in closing costs since they don't sell their mortgages. Everything a "hometown bank" should be!

And we go through the drive-thru and we withdraw money...Once we…read morego to pay a bill we notice we are $100 SHORT we go back to bank and tell the teller(whos new we are Assuming because we've never seen them there before) at the window, she said to go inside. We got a very rude teller (everyone has bad days so whatever) who told us we must have misplaced it THEN went to go search our car. (thats against the law!) We were told by the bitchy teller that she'll have to talk to the branch mgr(JAKE).The branch(JAKE) mgr left a voice mail stating the issue and he'll call back the following day after watching the cameras. Next day comes and no phone calls, so i call the bank at 3:50pm (bank closes at 4, which i didnt know but anyways..) and JAKE the branch mgr answered and we spoke about the issue (for the 25th time thinking we'll slip and say "another story") once he heard it AGAIN he stated he saw the cameras and he only saw the amount that was givin.
