My sister was turned away because it was a "fraud" in the managers eyes. I have never had this issue before in my life! I called the store to talk to her directly and the manager Natalie proceeded to tell me that she will not help us because it's a fraud, she was condescending and rude! So I lost it! Her reasoning was because my sister didn't see our family recently it's fraud and we don't know her! Of course we haven't seen our family member in a while she's in Central America!! We were paying off a property out there, also my sister has sent to this specific family member before through western union... I just couldn't believe it! My sister ended up going to smiths western union instead had absolutely no issues there. I'm definitely telling all my family not to go there again. Manager obviously doesn't know what it's like to send money to another country where family lives.
