This staff and store has helped me twice when I needed them and other auto stores could not fit me in! When my car wasn't starting consistently, they fixed the problem and when I my tire was almost flat, they fixed that too! They also do oil changes and nearly anything you need to keep your car running. I like the free coffee machine in the waiting room. read more

I was on my way to the cities for a girls weekend when my back passenger tire went down. I went to tires plus and left my car. I received a call from them that they could NOT fix my tire and I NEEDED four new tires. My husband called and told them to put the spare on. We were so elated when we picked up the car that we didn't check the tires. 10 miles down the road the same tire started to signal air loss and we realized they had taken the drivers side passenger tire off which was perfectly fine. Went in today on a whim with a leaking tire, no appt, no call ahead.. just walked in with a prayer and a lot of panic. Andrew told me to give him a second to check it out and he would be back. Little did I know Andrew was full on repairing my tire right then and there. I had every intention to have to Uber to work and be late... spend a ton of money, ruin my day.... But NOPE!!! I was in and out within 35 mins, wasn't late to work, super reasonable price, fast, friendly... quite honestly life saving. Great experience. Clean facility. Great staff. Could not recommend more. Absolute crooks. tried to tell me they can't patch a trailer tire because it changes the load rating.I need to buy a new tire. That might work on little old ladies but a quick drive down the road to Discount Tire and I had my tire patched in 10 minutes. GO ELSEWHERE !!! crooks!!!!! read more

Poor Customer Service! They get you there with local coupons. Don't waste your money or time if you need car repaired. If you look at yelp reviews please note they are 2-7 years old, nothing current. Went in for AC repair charged $900, still didn't work. Called next day, went back again, picked back up and was told "if I wanted it fixed I should have brought it to a dealer". Dustin was rude and condescending. I called after I left to speak to manager and guess who the manager is "Dustin". After finding that out I know why I had such poor service. They have a district manager, but "don't know his name or number". read more

If they tell you anything is wrong don't let them repair it! Get a 2nd opinion. Here's what happened to me: I was verbally told and was given paperwork stating that I needed new brakes. I had both of these replaced within the last year. When I mentioned this to the rep at Tires Plus I was told that my caliper must be stuck. I was then concerned and brought this to mechanic I know and trust. I showed him the recommendation from Tires Plus and he inspected the brakes. He told me that they looked brand new. He also told me that he has seen other customers come to him with similar recommendations from your store for items that were not needed. read more

Who ever was at the desk on 11/6/2018 at 730 AM was attempting to rip me off. I went in for a possible tire repair or replacement of my front tires. I just had my back ones replaced August 2017 w/ 50,000 mile warranty. The gentleman told me it would be several hours to even look at it, so I handed him my keys and called an Uber. Within five minutes he had my car in and told me that all my tires were shot, even the back ones. I asked even the back ones? They are barely a 1 1/2 years old and still under warranty. I told him just replace the front ones. He stated that he could only do all four since it is all wheel drive. I know that it is common to have to replace all four in most all wheel drives, but not required in Mercedes. I went down the road to Discount Tire, and they confirmed that Mercedes has better all wheel drive systems, and different sizes and that it wasn't required at all. All did a tread test, and said that my back tires were in great shape, and not needing replacement. I wasn't buying cheap tires either, so no need to try to scam me. They lost my business, plus I am getting my other cars tires replace this weekend with an full synthetic oil change. Not much, but it was a potential sell lost! Honesty goes a long way with me, and I will never go to tires plus for anything. read more

Went there for very cheap new tires. Didn't want to spend much on them at all. They gave me a price and I agreed. Paid for them with a credit card. realized later they put a bunch of extra BS charges with these tires like a useless warranty and free rotation that no one would ever use without asking me. I paid the price of a good set of tires for a worthless cheap set of tires. It was a little sneaky because the price I was given was not that of what the bill said. This is the tricky salesman type of crapola I do not accept. many think this is ok, but I do not. Misleading a customer to get a sale or additional sales is wrong. PERIOD! read more

The female employee was very nice and professional. I am sorry that I did not catch her name. I made an online appointment for Tuesday but a family emergency occurred and I had to call to change the appointment to Wednesday. She was very accommodating and understanding. On Wednesday, she was working the front desk and greeted me right away. She got me checked-in and asked if I wanted to wait or if I will return. While I was waiting, it impressed me that when she was making phone calls and talking with her coworkers, they were speaking quietly to not disrupt me. Oftentimes, when I am waiting at other places to get my car serviced, I am the unwilling eavesdropper of people gossiping and complaining about their jobs. While I was waiting, she must have reviewed my file on the computer because she asked me about the last time I was in to get my brakes fixed and made mention of things that we talked about previously, which was impressive because it was months ago! I was promised to have my oil changed within 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, she came back to let me know that I have about 9 more minutes to wait. However, the service was completed faster than expected. All in all, it took me about 25 minutes for an oil change. I had found and printed a coupon for $19, thinking I was going to get a great deal. When it came time to ring up my bill, she said that she had already applied a coupon for a $15 oil change. I was very impressed with her customer service! read more

We called on a Wednesday afternoon around 12:00PM because we had a tail light out and asked if we could come in 15 minutes and get it taken care of right away. Josh told us that he could get it in and take care of it real quick in between jobs and he did just that. He was really friendly and did the job quickly. Tires Plus Social Care department saw my initial review, intervened and facilitated communication between the manager at Tires Plus Plymouth MN and myself. Tires Plus Plymouth subsequently agreed to pay about $600 for my second repair at a different store where they fixed the problem. Before the second repair at a different store I went back to Tires Plus Plymouth and told them the shaking-at-low-speed problem was still there they did NOT mention that they do have a "Fix It Right the First Time" guarantee and offered me to fix the problem at no additional cost right away. I did not notice that either. I thank their Social Care department who came through. Due to this experience, I may think twice next time when I have a repair need where I will take my vehicle to. read more

I went in for a simple oil change without appointment. I dropped my car off and was told it should be done in one hour to an hour and a half. I left. Three hours after I dropped off my car they call. I forgot to leave my key. Normally, I would not mind this call. I should've remembered and they should have remembered to ask, but things happen. But the fact that it had been 3 hours left me upset. I managed to get a ride to get my key there about 45 min later. They said they would try to get to it as soon as possible. It took an hour. I would not visit this location. They did not respect me or my time. I understand shops can run behind but this was ridiculous and I would not recommend visiting the Plymouth, MN Tires Plus. read more

bad buisness. i went there for them to put winter tires on, mount and balance. well, they stripped 13 of my lugnuts. i KNOW the lugnuts were fine because i am a 13 year mechanic and did a brake job on this vehicle a few weeks before. they refused to use my spare lugnuts and they charged me $3.80 EACH! $50 dollars extra! i could have bought a set of lugnuts from o'rielly for $15! i wont use impact wrenches on lugs BECAUSE they damage lugnuts. they use impact wrenches and they would not take responsibility. now i gotta check everybolt on my car to make sure they didnt loosen anything hoping to get a return customer. from now on i am taking the wheels off for tire swaps. my normal tire guy thealignmentguy.com is good and charges alot less but he wasnt available for a week. lugnuts werent very tight. also they somehow scratched up my hood. read more
