I called an made an appointment for the first thing in the morning. I got here at 0730 for the 0730 appointment and they took my vehicle in. The appointment was supposed to be 1 hour. I also added a tire balance which only adds a short amoint of time. Please note, I was a mechanic for a while and have done these numberous times. Its currently been 2.75 hours. No one is working on the vehicle. When I inquire at the desk I am told its only going to be another 30 minutes. Ive been told this multiple times. I cannot even get my vehicle back to leave because the tires have not been bolted back on. Utterly rediculous. The front desk person won't even look at me when he speaks. I suggest going anywhere else. To update, I did just see why its taking so long, the guy supposedly working on my vehicle is spending more time texting than working. read more

They carry a good inventory of tires and batteries. Have been able to stop in and get my tire fixed as I wait. Prices are reasonable and service is great. read more

Needed a badly worn tire with a broken belt taken off. I brought my own new tire. When asked I told them front passenger side. After some long period of time they said it was done. When I check the new tire is on the back. They'd left a very bad tire on and replaced a good tire. After switching correctly the guy parks the my vehicle and slams my door into the car next to me. Says nothing to me or anyone. The secretary said he'd let Tommy know. What a bunch of jackasses. read more

I bought my tires there and called back for an oil change and tire rotation after 8000 miles. When I went to pay they said they determined I didn't need tire rotation. It was so many miles I felt I did. What a waste of my time to make an appointment to have a service done. I won't be going back. read more

Bought 2 sets of tires from them. First set was a Volkswagen jetta. Were uneventful. Second set was for a jeep, Rubicon, with a factory lift. Purchased the tires they mounted them and the balance was terrible. They stated they used balance beads. Balance beads are not reccomended for this vehicle and that tire size. Called back about issue and clerk stated owner was out but they couldn't fix the issue. I asked why they sold me tires they couldn't balance. Said I'd have to talk to Tom the owner. Clerk wouldn't even take my name and number, so I called the next day asked for Tom. Tom tells me there's no problem to bring it back in. When I got there the guy who mounted tires first time met me in parking lot and asked for keys. I asked to speak to Tom and he went and got him. I asked Tom to drive up the road and see what the issue was. He refused and said well pull it in and take the beads out, his tech then said he couldn't balance them. Tom said well, bring it in and get the beads out. I told him that wouldn't fix anything, and why sell a tire size they cant balance. He then said he didn't say that, I told him the guy who he is sending to do it says he can't. And to top it off he won't even drive it to experience the problem. By this time they were being pretty dismissive and clear they just wanted to remove the beads and send me on my way with a half baked solution. So now I sit at their competitor, paying to have it done properly. Sad, but they just wouldn't listen. At no point did tom even ask my name either. Still doesn't know it. read more
